The Tourist Ombudsman stated in the Conference on the Protection of the Rights of Girls, Children and adolescents Travel and Tourism, in Bariloche.

 

At the invitation of the Association of Tourism Patagonia (ARMS), members of the Tourist Ombudsman presented and participated in the Conference on the Protection of the Rights of Girls, Children and adolescents Travel and Tourism, Celebrated on 23 November in the city of San Carlos de Bariloche, Black river.

 

During the event, Silvina Bacchiega, Operations Coordinator Tourist Protection Law, on behalf of the Ombudsman of the CABA, He spoke about the rights arising from the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the National Law on Protection of the Rights of Girls, Children and adolescents, the experience of the Tourist Ombudsman of CABA in addressing the issue,  and the application of the Code of Conduct National.

The day was completed with presentations by the President of the ASEET, Silvia Luzzardi,  and Mariana Giacchino, member of the same institution, referring to the actions of the association, prevention and training on Child Sexual Exploitation, Labor Exploitation and Trafficking in Persons. They also exposed the Attorney Martin Govetto, Fiscal unit specialized in crimes against sexual integrity of persons, belonging to the Public Ministry of Justice of Rio Black, and Professor Ana Copes, Coordinator of the Executive Committee to Combat Trafficking in Persons, dependent Cabinet of Ministers of Nation.

 

In the event, which it was held at the Convention Hall of Hotel Cristal, Ombudsman of the City of San Carlos de Bariloche were present, Beatriz Oñate, and Daniel Minbielle, on behalf of the Public Defender's tourist CABA.

 

The day ended with a cocktail party for the anniversary of the ASEET Patagonia, They attended by various local authorities, including the Mayor of the City was, Sr. Gustavo Enrique Gennuso.
