Day Accessible Tourism Training for all staff of the Tourist Ombudsman.

Under the plan accessibility 2018 Tourist Ombudsman of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires generated the first training of the year the staff of the institution today.

The contents of the training were mandated to elaborate on the most representative standards of accessible tourism, the new challenges facing tourism in terms of accessibility and how it should be the right treatment of people with disabilities in travel and tourism.

It was in charge of Lic. Alejandro Lopez, tourism specialist accessible from the Tourist Ombudsman of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

Such training meets the strategic guidelines of our institution with the primary objective of generating awareness and empathy of our human resources in tourism accessibility.
