Framework collaboration agreement between the Ombudsman and the CABA Public Prosecutor of CABA

The Ombudsman of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires represented by the Ombudsman of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Dr. Alejandro Amor together with the PUBLIC FISCAL MINISTRY OF THE AUTONOMOUS CITY OF BUENOS AIRES, in charge of Mr.. Attorney General, Dr. Martín Ocampo signed a Framework Agreement for collaboration between the Office of the Ombudsman of the CABA and the Public Prosecutor's Office of the CABA on 7 May at the stand 1602 International Book Fair.

In said agreement, they exhaustively established commitments of the parties to jointly promote the protection of the right to migration and access for migrants under the same conditions of protection and protection as nationals., and promotion, defense and dissemination of these rights.

The agreement constitutes an interest of both parties to participate in joint activities that allow for the improvement of the justice system, as well also, provide citizens with alternative methods to resolve their conflicts.

Since the MPF and the Office of the Ombudsman of the CABA have sufficient institutional and administrative capacity to generate channels of mutual referral. Both representatives affirmed the importance of coordinating the efforts of both parties with the intention of developing institutional collaboration activities for mutual benefit..

The titular Ombudsman expressed the intention to open other offices together while the Attorney General explained that this agreement is fundamental since the neighbors need the state to be present and channel the problems or initiatives to solve both their problems and your concerns.

Finally, the Deputy Ombudsman of the CABA affirmed “Neighbors need a fairer city, more equitable and more supportive”.
